Michaelangelo, the Turtles' fun-loving party animal, swaps his ninja look for a full beach-bum persona in this 1990 Disguised Turtles figure. The theme plays on his laid-back surfer-dude attitude, casting him as a sun-soaked wave rider who would rather catch a swell than chase Foot Soldiers.
