Leonardo, the disciplined leader of the Turtles, gets a lighthearted treatment in this 1990 Wacky Action figure. The comedic subline reimagined the heroes in a playful, slapstick style, and this version casts Leo as a whirlwind swordsman whose ninja skills are exaggerated for laughs.
